WAQUO’s Global Perspective
WAQUO INDUSTRY CO., LTD. was established in April, 1970 as the first company providing valve maintenance services in Hokkaido, Japan.
Since then, we have been building up our best effort to contribute to our customers by providing "Plant Maintenance", such as valves and pumps maintenance, part sales, piping, instrumentation, etc.
Our technical staffs with vital attitude in the age of average 30s are serving good jobs globally with reputation.

WAQUO INDUSTRY CO., LTD. was established in 1970 as the first company providing valve maintenance services in Hokkaido, Japan.Only five employees as started, we’ve been building up our best effort to contribute to our customers and to maintain the infrastructure.
As "WAQUO Group", over 100 employees comprises us now, and each of us has been supporting the stability, safety, and security of our society through providing "Plant Maintenance", such as valves, pumps, rotary machines, instrumentation, piping including welding, parts supply, machining, ship repair, fabricating and installing steel construction.
And at the same time, we have organized the system to provide customers our advanced skills and services faster, by expanding our field from Hokkaido to Honshu. What WAQUO Group's achievement today is largely due to the support and understanding from customers, suppliers, and the continuous effort of the employees.
On the other hand, in order to secure skillful technical employees, the change of the demographic structure can not be ignored: declining birthrate and aging society.
Therefore, WAQUO has implemented periodical recruiting for past 10 years, and as the result, WAQUO is regarded as the vigorous organization holding mployees with the average age of 30’s.
Moreover, our subsidiary in Manila, Philippines; PWIC was established to allocate the high level of the labor forces.
WAQUO and WAQUO group shall get to anticipate the future to become the “Total Plant Maintenance Service Provider” and shall overcome our difficult situations in the future.
